NextLevel Mujeres, founded by Dr. Elizabeth Lopez, is a purpose-driven company committed to empowering Latinas to excel and break through systemic barriers in leadership. Despite our immense potential, Latinas remain underrepresented in leadership roles, earning only $0.52 for every dollar made by white males, with just 3.3% holding managerial positions and even fewer in senior-level or C-Suite roles. Access to personalized coaching and mentorship is limited, hindering the pathway to leadership. Yet, Latinas demonstrate a strong desire for career advancement, with 87% aiming for promotion. Recognizing this gap, Dr. Lopez created NextLevel Mujeres to provide a culturally responsive approach to professional development.
