NextLevel Mujeres, founded by Dr. Elizabeth Lopez, is a purpose-driven organization committed to empowering Latinas to excel and break through systemic barriers in leadership. Despite immense potential, Latinas remain significantly underrepresented in leadership positions. They hold few managerial roles, see even fewer pathways into the C-suite, and experience pay inequities that hinder advancement and visibility. Limited access to culturally responsive coaching, sponsorship, and leadership development programs creates additional barriers that slow progression into leadership roles.

Recognizing this gap, Dr. Lopez created NextLevel Mujeres to provide a culturally responsive approach to professional development.
